Dat zijn er ongeveer evenveel als in september, ondanks het feit dat oktober een zittingsdag minder telde dan september. Ten opzichte van augustus, dat evenveel zittingsdagen telde als oktober, is het aantal uitgesproken faillissementen 69 hoger. </p>
